Hey Everyone!
Confederation Cup hosted by CrossFit Burnaby is tomorrow, August 22nd, 9:30 am until approximately 5:00 pm at Confederation Park in Burnaby. We have 6 teams competing. Some in the scaled division and some in the Rx division. It should be a great day at the park and you are welcome to join us!! Matt and Roe have volunteered to pick up the BBQ from the gym and bring it. We are working on a tent as well. Just bring food for the BBQ or buy food there from Caveman Grocer. Bring a chair and some sunscreen. It will be a great day for our community with 24 athletes participating and all of you coming out to hang out. SEE YOU THERE!!!
