Burrell sells new comedy
Modern Family actor Ty Burrell has sold a new autobiographical comedy pilot to the ABC network. Burrell is developing the project, which focusses on two city families who buy a general store in a small Oregon community, with his younger brother Duncan.

Green Day will provide the soundtrack to an upcoming episode of CSI: NY. The band have allowed several tracks from their new album trilogy ¡Uno!, ¡Dos!, ¡Tre! To be used in an episode of the crime procedural.
Cyrus drops out of Bonnie and Clyde project
Miley Cyrus has dropped out of the upcoming telemovie of the Bnnie and Clyde story. The singer and actress was said to be in the final talks for the role of Bonnie before exiting for unspecified reasons.
