On titled music- “glee cast”. Is it just the members from glee on the TV show or the other actresses like the cheerleaders and etc.?! HELP!

The Glee Cast can include people other than the members of McKinley High’s New Directions. For example, “Rehab” and “Mercy”, which are performed by Carmel High’s rival choir Vocal Adrenaline, are still attributed to the Glee Cast.
